Fred Bemenderfer

Fred Bemenderfer has surveyed for the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1983, having become owner of Roome Land Surveying, Inc. in 1988 when Jack Roome retired. Fred’s background includes multiple degrees from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, TX - a Forestry, B.S. and a Masters of Education. Having prior work as a forester with the U.S. Forest Service and as a teacher at Longview Pine Tree ISD, Fred found the knowledge requirement to survey and physical demands of the field to be equally rewarding.

In 1977, Fred began land surveying from Nacogdoches, TX. Having surveyed from Plano, TX since 1983 - Fred Bemenderfer is an invaluable source and mentor for many in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. As a Rotarian, Fred loves to participate in Rotary service, and can often be found helping at the funnel cake stands in the Plano Balloon Festival every year.


Chad Sledge

RPLS #5733

Chad Sledge is a 1993 graduate of Tarleton State University and has been in surveying for the last 20 years.  The bulk of those 20 years have been focused on residential surveying and meeting the surveying needs of new home construction.


Mike Cuzzo

RPLS #5693

Mike Cuzzo has been a Dallas area resident for 37 years. He graduated high school from L.V. Berkner High School in Richardson in 1985 and graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Forestry in 1994. He has been surveying for 26 years and received his RPLS license in 2003. He enjoys attending his children's sports practices and games through school and club seasons. He also enjoys long distance running, working on his yard, and tinkering with his trucks.
